This is gorgeous 9" x 12" oil painting of this adorable cat and dog. If you think you see one green eye and one blue eye, your eyes are not playing tricks on you! The beautiful cat actually had two different colored eyes. I really love how the cat is looking at the dog so adoringly and the dog seems to be 'snubbing' the cat! My client commissioned me to create a custom portrait of both dogs. I used several photographs of the dogs and decided which poses would work best together for the portrait. This portrait was done in oil paints and the size of the canvas is 16x20". The frame is a great compliment to this portrait and to the client's home. This was completed in 2022.
