Return Policy
Commissions are non-refundable because I will be communicating with you throughout the time I am working on your commission. I will send progress photos at different stages of the project. If you do not like something at that time, we can discuss changes while I am working on your piece. Once the commission has been completed, returns are not accepted.
Any product handled by an outside vendor will follow its return policies. If it is a custom product that I must send out to be printed, it cannot be returned unless you received it damaged or defective. An example of this would be an image on an acrylic panel color is off or the image is blurry. Photographs of all damaged products must be sent to me prior to returning them.
For all eligible returns, you must contact me prior to mailing the return within 15 business days or whatever the vendor's return policy is. Once I finalize the approval, I will give you the return address. Please follow the instructions below.

Steps for eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You may return or exchange your purchase within 15 business days after the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 15 business days have gone by since your purchase.
Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging with product tags by following these steps:
1) To prevent products from becoming damaged during shipping, use appropriate packing and adequate padding.
2) Include a copy of the packing slip.
3) Provide a reason for the return.
I recommend using priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers and insurance, as I cannot be responsible for lost packages. Returned items that have been altered in any way will not be accepted. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.
Damaged Goods
I believe that you will be very pleased with each purchase you make from Nancy's Art Studio. However, if for some unlikely reason your package arrives damaged, please notify me by using the contact us form to describe the nature of the damage. I will respond to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Customer service is my number one priority!
