Commissioning a Pet Portrait

Revive cherished memories or celebrate your beloved pet's legacy with a custom pet portrait! Explore the steps below to craft your one-of-a-kind masterpiece.  

Process

to commission with reference photos of your pet and any special requests or fill out the drop-down menu and pay for the order.  Upload 3 photos of your pet.

  1. Fill out the information on the drop-down menu located on each pet portrait page.
  2. Upload 3 pet reference photos.
  3. I’ll get in touch with you to discuss the details.
  4. I’ll get started on your painting and send you a proof before it is varnished.
  5. Any changes may be suggested at that time.
  6. I make suggested changes (if any).
  7. I sent you the final proof.
  8. You pay the balance (if applicable)
  9. I ship your painting.
  10. Your beautiful custom painting arrives.

Shipping is not included in the price.  Framing is not included in the price.

Please note: Refunds are not available on custom portraits once I begin the work. However, I will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your portrait!

I use canvas panels, stretched canvas, or high quality wood panel. The sides (7/8″ depth) will be painted in a complementary color. The painting comes ready to hang if you decide you want me to frame it and add hardware. If you would prefer your painting framed please contact me for current pricing.

You have the option to frame the portrait yourself.
