Retail Terms and Conditions

Shipping Information:

With the exception of weekends and holidays, we process and ship orders from Connecticut as soon as possible.  When an item is custom made, it will take more time to be delivered.  I will keep in touch throughout the process to let you know how your painting is progressing and let you know when it is ready for shipping or pickup.

Please note that any special shipping promotions offered are applicable only to packages being shipped to Continental United States addresses. Free shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territory or international shipping destinations.

Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You may return or exchange your purchase within 15 business days after the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 15 business days have gone by since your purchase.

Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging with product tags by following these steps:

1) To prevent products from becoming damaged during shipping, use appropriate packing and adequate padding.

2) Include a copy of the packing slip.

3) Provide a reason for the return.

4) Email me at nancy421@sbcglobal.net to receive a return confirmation prior to shipping anything out.   All custom artwork is non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on any products being returned or exchanged unless the item has been damaged in shipping.  I recommend using priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers as I cannot be responsible for lost packages. Returned items that have been altered in any way will not be accepted. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.


Damaged Goods:

I believe that you will be very pleased with each purchase you make from Nancy's Art Studio.  However, if for some unlikely reason your package arrives damaged, please notify me by using the contact us form to describe the nature of the damage. I will respond to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Customer service is my number one priority!
