Nancy's adoration for the world of art has been a lifelong devotion that she has pursued since her teenage years. Although largely self-taught, she has also been mentored by several renowned artists throughout her lifetime. As a single mother juggling a full-time job and raising a family, she temporarily put her art on hold until later in life when her creations caught the attention and admiration of others, leading to requests for commissions and purchases of her landscapes and still life pieces. Nancy's specialization in pet portraiture stems from her deep love for animals and their ability to bring joy to families.  

She fully understands the emotional significance of capturing cherished memories through her lifelike and intricate paintings, whether it is of a beloved pet, a scenic setting or still life painting.

Nancy creates stunning works of art using a unique blend of oil or acrylic paints. She collaborates with clients by discussing their preferred medium, size, and frame options.  Her client's provide 1-5 reference photos. For a more personalized touch, she often uses her own photography as inspiration, taking images from my travels to capture the essence of a special place or it could be a painting of a place that inspires you!  

Animals hold a special place Nancy's heart.  She has dedicated herself to the art of pet portraiture. Pets bring immense joy to their owners.  Nancy captures their unique features and likeness in realistic oil or acrylic, highly-detailed paintings. As someone who has lost beloved dogs and cats, she understands the motional and sentimental value of pet portraits and is grateful for the ability to keep their memory alive through her art. These portraits also make thoughtful and enduring gifts for any pet lover. It is truly fulfilling to be able to give people a gift that will last for a lifetime.
